Admission: $7, Children (9 and under are free)

Activities

Children’s fair

The kids’ area will be behind the Bluemont Community Center, and it is a self-contained section. Kids will have plenty of games and activities so they can get their face painted, play games, make crafts, and climb on hay bales. There will be also pony rides and a petting zoo.

Pickle and pie contest

Saturday morning is the time to bring out your best pickles and your yummiest pie! Competition is tougher each year and the prizes are amazing, crafts created by fair artists. Winner will be known on Saturday at 1 pm by the Lake Store, and competing pies are going to be sold by the slice after the contest is over.

Artisan Demonstrations

Each year artisans demonstrate their skill on the Bluemont Fair and create a prize for pickle and pie winners. They will create amazing pottery, wooden figures, and knitting and crocheting skills.

Bake Sale

The bake sale is huge at the Bluemont Fair, and it takes place by the E.E. Lake Store. All the local bakers will meet in one place and they will throw down the biggest bake sale in this part of Virginia. Everything is homemade with the freshest ingredients and they also have gluten-free products too.

Antiques & Flea Market

Antiques and flea market will be near the parking lot, so make sure that you have your eyesight sharpened and money ready. You never know what you will find!

At the end of the day, everyone will meet and enjoy the music until the end of the event.
